We are looking for full-time agents (39h/week) with an advanced level of Dutch, German, Danish or Norwegian (C2) and an intermediate level of English (B1)

You will be providing customer support for a well-known multinational.

Your responsabilities:

o Handle inbound contacts (telephone calls, emails, and letters) from customers seeking information or assistance.
o Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries regarding products, services, and company policies.
o Utilize resources and materials to effectively address customer inquiries and guide them through relevant processes.
o Handle website-generated contact forms and provide support through digital channels.
o Maintain a positive and friendly tone while engaging with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Deal with all calls in accordance with the applicable Service Levels and the Guidelines/Call scripts provided by the company.

Offer:

- 6 months contract with us + unlimited contract directly with the company
- Schedule: 8 a 16h, 9 a 17h, 11 a 19h (39H weekly)
- Salary: 22.046,13 € gross/yearly
- The position requires uninterrupted presence at the office during the first 6 months. After, hybrid model (2 weeks a month presentially). However, you must be flexible.

Requisitos mínimos
- High school diploma
- C2 Norwegian, Danish, Dutch or German
- B1 English
- Experience working in contact/call center
