QA Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing the Quality Assurance department of the company. They will be responsible for leading a team of QA professionals and transforming it in order to establish effective testing methodologies, focus on test automation processes, and selecting appropriate cutting edge testing tools to ensure the quality and performance of our products and systems.
We require a highly motivated and proactive individual capable of taking the lead of the area and making it excel.
Responsibilities
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Quality Assurance processes.
Experience in test automation.
Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals, providing guidance, development, and support to achieve department objectives.

Test Automation: Implement test automation strategies and processes to accelerate the testing cycle and improve efficiency.
Tool Selection: Evaluate, select, and implement suitable testing tools for the Quality Assurance team.
Project Management: Oversee testing projects, set deadlines and priorities, and ensure quality standards are met.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Software Development and Project Management to ensure quality from the beginning to the end of the development cycle.
Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in Quality Assurance.
Area Evolution: Be proactive in managing and evolving the Quality Assurance department, identifying improvement opportunities, and applying industry best practices.

As member of the Cash Collection Team, for Germany - the main Page Group Continental Europe country:
