Responsabilities

• Receipt and booking of invoices: Upload invoices (to AMBUY and guarantee the invoice approval by the appointed person. After approval, booking of invoices.
• Accruals: Analysis, control and updating of expenses accruals.
• Monthly reporting: Effective communication with operations department.
• Reconcile and analyze balance: Analysis and reconciliation of vendor balances in order to book costs on timely basis.
• Payments to suppliers: Advise about the payments to be made by sending supplier payment files to Treasury, following the payment policies established by the company. 

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience as an accountant
• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance
• Advanced level of Excel
• Intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of SAP is valuable
• Proactivity, autonomy, commitment, team work
